Max V losing channels in UK

Any one else lost channels and cannot get them back? I have rescanned, power scanned, updated channels etc etc etc and I cannot find the PPV SUB channel anymore - this had B*XOFFICE on. I have gone through all th channels 1 by 1 and cannot find B*XOFFICE . Infact the other PPVs are now saying CHANNEL SCRAMBLED.


Do I need the latest firmware (currently on the 30Nov2008 update)


Any help greatly appreciated as I miss this channel

u will loose box office its only on when a sporting event is on or u will get the odd movie but not much dont panic

do a factory reset on your box m8 then power scan it should bring them back ,it happens because vm change the freqs quite often so you need to get rid of the old freqs before your box finds the new ones.
post back if you have any probs.
and as jckw says m8 you will only find box office when something is on.
