eurovox 7000 how to access emu menu

HI all,

having a few probs with this as all channels are scrambled,have updated with the new firmware and carried out all instructions but pulling a blank,how do you access the emu or macrovision on this system as other codes not working

na mate no joy with that just going to try a factory re-set and try again i have a 1000 working away no hastle though
