Hello there im wondering if anyone can help me as im a newbie . I flashed my box with new software and everything works great but as i was flicking though the channels one of them had a msg saying the set box i was using was illegal useing virgin media services and gave me a number to call, Is this anything to worry about? Please let me know asap. THANKYOU

Don't worry about it. It's been put there to scare you or make you bin the box. Because these boxes scan all frequencies, it picks it up. It's not an actual channel, that's why the VM boxes don't show it.

No milner84 they cant. As said by Devilfish its a channel that the VM box doesn't pick up.

I just got the starview 4, lovely box updated it via usb v0.7 and it came on like a dream, no issues, no problems, love this site guys keep up the great work.
