    Eurovox 5000PVR

I've had a Eurovox 5000PVR with VM subscription for the past year. Two days ago i wasn't able to see some channels (mainly BBC and some other FTA channels).
The channels i can't see have a signal strength of around 8% (I'm in South East) - is this significant?
Will new Feb firmware correct this or am i being 'blocked' by Virgin/NTL?

    Cheers yo

It's also possible that some frequencies have changed, try a re-scan.

Try a clear date/factory reset and a deep/power scan, this will pick up the missing channels.
