eurovox ex5000pvr dead ?????

well mavrick2007 first you will need to get a eurovox jtag you can get 1 hear Tailor-Made Circuits then do as the post above but when you connect the 20 pin connector to the box turn it round so that pin 20 goes to pin 1 on the 20 pin header in the box pin 1 on the jtag has the red wire the rest are gray

EX5000 clone TSOP file tested and working

Box completely dead no lights after updating with Feb UFL no sort, jtagged with jkeys and working again.

i too have one of these brought of ebay as spares or repair just has the 2 dots were it would show time i think some-one my of tried to update it i have a buffered jtag i use sb modems so does any one know the pin-outs for the jtag as ive looked at those for starview and eurovox 20 pin but lots of these pins not used
