can anyone tell me what 7376 means on eurovox stuck in standby no new firmware installed

Hi there

When I attach the rf cable as you suggest I just get the message "channel not currently available". I can't seem to get any further as the guy whose box it is - Eurovox Max Blue - can't find his remote at the moment. Can you suggest anything I might do? Would a copy of the manual solve this?
