Eurovox blue problem driving me mental

I just bought a second hand eurovox max blue and when I do a power scan it does not recognise/find any transponders.I know I have done everything correctly after installing latest available firmware such as factory default etc and it is not a clone so all I can think of is there is a fault at the RF IN connection. My cable connection is fine with another box I have.I have been pulling my hair out all afternoon trying to sort this box out and this is the only answer I can come up with.Has anyone else here had a similar problem and what is the answer? If I need to get a replacement part where do I go,many thanks fo looking in.

hi, i just had similar problems mine was the incorrect lead. are you using the r232 cable, have you erased the channels before downloading the new firmware and where are you that might matter.

if they are both eurovoxes you got upload the cdf file from the working box and download it to the non working one. using the firmware loader at the bottom it says channel data
