Eurovox EX1000 SL

hi everyone, i purchased a Eurovox EX1000 SL about a month and a half ago all been k, then i was watching it and the box just went off now i have no power coming to the box what so ever no red or blue light. i purchased the box from eurovox-scotland.com, anyone else had this problem? what can i do to sort this? thanks

Hello there m8 i dnt know much about this either but the excact same thing has happened to me i think from what ive read and ppl have posted me to say the new firmware is doing this to cloned boxes so you might have one too....
