eurovox 1000sl asking for pin

hi guys wonder if you can help i have a eurovox 1000sl and tried to watch the box office channel but it was asking for a 4 digit pin. i tried the 0000 but nothing worked. any ideas?

i havent seen it for my self yet but a friend who has one says that when he was trying to access the box office channel it was asking for a pin. im heading round today to look at it

its defo 1004 m8 just reset both my boxes with that pin code

You can only watch box office channel when there is something broadcasting, like the boxing on 2nd May.

i know m8 but it has a pin protection on the channel and he just wants to remove the pin protection so he can access the channel without entering a pin .
