EX 7000 HD probs

Hi all 'im a new here but here goes, I have a brand new ex7000 HD I get all the channels on screen but can only view ordinary ones when trying to go on to sky sports 1 it reads (scrambled channel) same with all the other sat channels. Has anyone any ideas please.

You need to flash your box, the stickies will have all the info you need.

you will need a sub for sky m8,not open on
any sat box!!

I presume he is talking about a cable feed, well I hope he is as its a cable box that he has at the moment?

hello m8, thank for repling. how do i go about flashing it?
do i need to download a program?
if yes, can i download it on a usb and install it via the port at the back of the box?

its a cable box and not satelite.
