When using the favourites to change the channels I have noticed that not all the channels that I have on the box are there - can anyone advise the way using the remote to add channels into the favourites permanently?

Welcome to the forum, you can usually do this via channel edit in the menu. But this is dependent on the model.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams -
hi,press menu,goto channels and click on add favourites.type in pin no..usually 0000. and use the colour buttons on the remote to put a channel into fav category.use p+ and p- to move up and down the channel list and also pressing the fav button on the remote will bring up the other four favourite categories for you to add channels.hope this helps!Comment
