Eurovox Help

Hi all I am wondering if any of you good folk could help me out. I got a eurovox, DBOX and i got a few for my friends. Of course now i am bloody fixing everyones AV problems all the time. I was giving this eurovox 2 days ago to fix. I checked it and its the same as mine a real box and not a clone, I updated it with the eurovox software update from this site and now the box is dead. The power light is on along with 4 green spacer lights. Ah any ideas

Hey Its a eurovox max. I checked to see if its clone and its the same as mine and its a eurovox max not a clone.

open the box up m8 and check the c14 capacitor on the psu board ,they are known for blowing on the evox.
