ex5100 pvr lost channels help

hi i have got a eurovox pvr ex5100 i have virgin net and run through a 2 way spiltter and a yellow brock amp. i started to get bad signal on a few channels so i updated channels and no lucjk the same. so i did factory reset and scanned again. half channels missing so i factory reset and did a direct link to box got 28 percent signal and 20 channels. so i did reset and just put box through amp and getting no channels on scan. any one help

hi try this plug in the box at the main feed do afactory reset then do a power scan you should pickup all channels then move it to the other room and see make sure the cable ends are properly secured

i have done get 8 perecent signal
stressin me out
net and phone work tho perfect

also done deep scan sounds like vm turnd off tv. i dont subscribe to tv but may have to get basic package so they turn on. im going to go my dads and see if can work their if so i think that is the problem

done that no luck mate gutted if cant get work wanted to watch boxin

strange i scanned at my dads and put back at my house now everything wielrd

sorry mean was wierd that woulkd no csan at mine but did at my days. all channels came up great picture and works same at my house too now. must have been vm or something. just happy that can watch the boxing tonight. thanks all for your help this sire rocks
