need help eurovox 7000 hd firmwear

any one can help i download the new firmwear on zip,but i can not open the file always trying to open with mediaplay for some raison

you need to change your program defaults.

go to control panel, default programs, set your default programs, choose media player, then deselect zip.

If you have winrar associate the zip fil with that.
