hi welcome to the forum, i have checked keymaster there as not been a roll so you maywell not need do anything just yet. leave your box on it may just reboot and work. maybe vm messing with stuff

my box went off this morning but came back on after a few minutes, so not sure about key roll, could have been vm messing. have u got the latest firmware on your box ?

you have firmware else the box wouldnt work but you will need the latest 1 for it to autoroll the keys so you wouldnt have to enter keys manually

I have a Max V and how do I get the latest firmware. My husband usually does this but he is away

hi, i also have this problem. mine is a eurovox 2006 which i only purchased a week ago. today it was freezing when i put it on this morning so i just kept taking the plug in and out until it started working. 1 hour later the channels dissapeared other then bbc1,2,etc and it says updating codes? ive searched online for new codes and dowloaded a twitter toolbar which is supposed to show updated codes. i was not sure which codes to put in so i just edited the 5401 and the 5a01 codes which were:

now it still says updating codes but i can hear a sound of a messed up aerial signal?

btw i am from west midlands area on v***** m****.
