does anyone know how to find your provider? im with v.media in birmingham but i dont know if its ntl or telewest. can i please get a definate answer??

u need to have a good read in the eurovox section to understand how to update the firmware before u try it, if u use the keycodes and they dont work it could be they have rolled again and u will have to wait for the next keycode update, if u have a eurovox 2006 to put the keys in press menu then the yellow button on remote then u will see where to put them if u enter wrong keys or provider it dont matter just try again
