eurovox codes

    i am entering the keys by pressing menu then typing 1968 twice then blue button to save and exit.> still no update> when i switch the box on and off again its the old code back on?

                is it not right to do it the 1968 way? seen a clip on youtube so copied it from there..

                    OK. Why are not using the firmware which auto-updates, this has been around for a long time. You could have flashed it and be watching by now judging from the length of this thread!!!

                          Reason being ive never used the firmware b4 as i only bought the box last week so ive got no idea about that. do you need extra leads for the autoupdates? how is the process done?

                              u need to read up first here-- Eurovox and yes u need a null modem cable

                                its A MIRACLE! ive finally been able to update the keys!
                                YIPPPEEEEEE!!! first time ive done it .

                                lets just hope it dont change again for a while cos i dont wanna b flooding this forum again
