Hi sorry if this is not how u do things but I`m new and am looking 4 the codes for virgin in nottingham area too as this box has been off for a while its a eurovox ex5000pvr. Can u help please?

welcome to dk m8, the best way to keep your box working is to update your firmware from the download section under eurovox, the codes only give a temp fix
