hi have now downloaded firmware and connected with null modem and followed procedure still no channels and showing service unknown. blue eurovox and virgin media. tried doing full scan. any ideas greatly appreciated?

do a factory reset m8 then power scan again and leave on sly sports 1 to update .

no splitters attached etc

make sure you are scanning on the right symbol rate for your area,,

either 6.887

or 6.952

if unsure,,try scanning with both
