eurovox ex-7000

hi

this is only my second post i know, but...

am trying to install the eurovox 7000 and it's picked up hundreds of channels but only the freeveiw channels are showing.

every other says that it's scrambled.


i'm assuming that my symbol rate is right, and that the installation has worked up to this point...

anyone know what i'm doing wrong? ta

have downloaded the latest firmware from this site and i now have a file with a .tbn extension??

How do i get that onto the usb pen? do i need to convert it or read it with some program i haven't got?

you don't need to convert it. just plug your usb pen into your computer and copy & paste the tbn file on to there.

make sure your eurovox is switched off
then all you have to do is plug it into your usb pen, switch it on and the eurovox will update itself automatically.

when its done, do a factory reset and then a power scan

all you need to do is dragand drop the tbn file onto the usb stick, i.e. plug usb stick into your pc then unrar tbn file and drag it onto the root of the usb stick done
