    Subtitles and interactive on EX5100?

I am thinking of getting a ex5100, does it have subtitles, just like virgin box does, and can i also use interactive features, such as red button on sky sports to watch different matches? Thanks in advance

No, you cannot use interactive services.
You can use your TV settings for subtitle where available.
Once you have downloaded the correct softwa*e, you will be able to receive all channels that are broadcasting but no multi screen viewing like s*y.

right, do you think interactive will be introduced soon?

and i want to get the layout of the channels like they would be on sky digital?

is there a file for them like that already? :P

also, will any of those files that have channel order work on the EX5100, or do each box have their own?

I dont think that interactive will ever be available on any of these boxes.
You cannot physically move channels around, they are as they are. But you can put the into category order, ie movies, sports, music, foreign & shopping and so on.
You can download a CDF file for your area and that will have the channels in the category order.

Sorry I dont have one for your area but you can use the one nearest to you.
The best thing to do, is do a deep scan, sort all the channels out first yourself cos you might not want some channels but might want others and then save them to your PC, so you will always have the channels of your choice. It will take some time but you will only need to do this once.
Or you can hang on a while and see if someone else can give you the file you need.
