eurovox 5100pvr flashing help

im trying to flash my m8 eurovox 5100 pvr with latest firmware as ive got all channels but its saying scrambled on pay channels ive tryed the different null cables but box wont conect to pc tried changing com ports live and tried switchin box off and starting download then switching back on but still wont connect ne ideas as its doin my twat in starviews flash with all null leads but this ****er wont have tried factory settings aswell

r u using XP or vista

also if u have AVG anti virus disable it

use an XP comp if u can

as ive said ive tried three different null cables they work as they still flash eurovox max red and sview boxes
