Eurovox Ex1000 SL question

Hello I am a newbie but I have fairly understood the whole procedure to install the custom firmware on the device.

Baisically my question is regarding the null cable.

I have 15 pin female jack on the back of my laptop.

Will it work if I have 15pin male to 9pin female connector as I have already done the connections appropriately but still when I try to click the download option it jut asks me to wait for the response and nothing happens. Help would be appreciated

m8 have a look at the top of this page, there is a guide which shows which cables you need euro boxes.

the 15 pin one is your vga port m8 .if your machine is new you probably wont have a serial port on it so you may need to get the null modem to usb adapter.
as badapple says look through the cables required sticky at the top and if you get stuck post back.
