hi i have a 1000sl i can get all channels and a good signal but a lot of the channels break up and lag and lose the picture altogether ive read on other forums that this can be cause by running it of a splitter but the starview boxes i have are fine can anyone help please

running it off a splitter shouldnt make much difference but when you first scan for channels its best to have no splitter attached

try changing your splitter
as my neighbour has got the same box and her internet was going off when she put the box on i lent her a splitter to try and everything was working when she tried it

ive tried it on different splitters but it dos,nt sort it out but the starview i have works fine so if you have any other ideas i would be greatful
