how to keep internet runnning whilst using tv

hi can anyone help me keep my internet running whilst watching tv. as soon as i use the splitter the internet goes dead. thank you

make sure you have a quality splitter

I run mine off splitter are you sure its all in right sequence. line in from who your supplier is straight into splitter then branch off from splitter to modem and digibox mine works fine
