Eurovox EX5000 PVRdisplaying 'scrambled channel or audio video data lost'

Hi guys wondering if you could help, ive been unsing my Eurovox EX5000 PVR now for some months but lately especially over the last couple of days ive been having issues with ITV1 and ITV3 and other random channels just saying either 'scrambled channel' or 'no audio/video....' is this happening to anyone else in the west midlands area and i know there are ways to change the frequency by a couple of digits and sometimes this can work...ive rescanned and updated and sometime ITV1 will work and sometimes is wont...or is this that the cable company are just one by one shutting down the frequencies????

    Please help L06351040

If i do a factory reset will that set it back to before i uploaded the software on to it or will it just be ready to do a power scan and then all channels should be present and working?

Also through all my attempts to rescan and power scan i seem to never be able to pick up BBC THREE is there a reason for this channel in particular, should i try a different frequency?

M8 if you do a factory reset, you will NOT need to reinstall the software. It will only erases the saved channels.
If you do a DEEP scan this should pick up all available channels in your area but will take a while.
I have BBC three on freq 459.00.
SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
IF WE DON'T FOLLOW, WE WILL BE ERASED.
