Some channels not workin eg sky sports news bbc channels ????? how to fix please

Agree with other post - more info would be of use, however it could just be that a service scan is required to bring back lost channels. ( or what do i know i'm only new to this my self - but did this once and it worked......)

BBC Word Service and CNN gone in Dublin...

I am writing from Dublin and am using the EX 5100 box and NTL Chorus (UPC) is my 'provider'.
Is it right that the channels BBC World and CNN are gone now too, like the SKY-channels?
Or is there any thing to get them back?

hi m8 i am not going to give you false hope but believe me when i tell you people are working on images fixes so forth all to no avail ,so far . just keep an eye on the screen .but its looking bad .sorry .
