help me!!! new to this stuff first time use dont know what to do my prob new eurovox ex1000 sl plugged it in its said no/bad signal did a scan found nothing HELP PLEASE

m8, you have to install the latest softwa*e to your box first.
Look in the "downloads" section and choose the correct softwa*e for your box.
Read the "sticky" first it tells you what you need to do and how to update your box.

thanx for that but it says save cdf ??? how can i save this file when i have no channels

you can't, there will be nothing on it!
First update the box with the correct softwa*e from the downloads section, then you can either download a ready made cdf file for your area or make your own and save to ypur PC.
but without updating the softwa*e first, you won't get any channels.

thanks badapple loaded firmware on got channels some are jumpy & stuttery got no sky sports or satanter thought these boxes sorted them out???

OK m8, getting there slowly.
After you install the softwa*e, you should do a factory resat first then do a deep scan, this will take some time but will usually pick up all channels. Before you start scan, make sure there are no splitters and or boosters fitted to the line.
