eurovox max blue

ive a eurovox max which ive put a blue update on but it just comes up SERVICE UNKNOWN it has 12 slots covered in the top right hand corner is it a clone also if its broke how can i sort it please

tried to open the download but cant i think its a clone so it needs a jtag looked on ebay they are about a ?10

did you flash it with the clone software m8 if not try this

tried that but it gets on the downlad box then it starts asking for file name and browse the source i need a idiots guide to doing it please

there r two download buttons its the top one mate its easy to do look here if unsure let me know how you get on

sorry mate just had a look at the clone software you have to save the loader and bin file to your pc then go to loader browse pc and put the bin file in loader then download

no good getting some channels then going back to service unknown it must need jtag
