78% Level & Quality - Not good enough?

    Hey all,

Using a EuroVox 2008 MAX and when I press info x2, it shows the level and quality at 78%.

Is this not a strong enough signal?

Some channels work great, but others the picture and sounds skips.

    Think it needs a booster?

    Thank you for your help!

    EDIT!

Appears my Broadband is effecting the signal and causing it to jump! When I refresh a page, the pictures then jumps and sound distorts on the TV! Done this test about 6 times in a row and worked everytime.

Anyone ever come a cross this before and is there a fix?

Just checked my channels and some have the same level & quality and no problems with sound or picture. So it should be good enough.

No signal boost, must be an old firmware. I am returning it anyway, got ripped off. Buying a 51000.

Don't have a subbed box on this line upstairs, only on the line downstairs.
