eurovox set up

hi i tried to reset my eurovox
i get a list of all the channels but just get a black screen saying SERVICE UNKNOWN can anyone please help thankyou golfer5

which model box are u useing and did u have all the channels before?

hi there yeah had all the channels last night
i had to unplug it and when i set it up again i done a power scan i got all the channels back but no picture on any channels al i get is service unknown maybe i set it up wrong but if i did i wouldnt get any channels at all
my eurovox is eurovox max v

Recheck all your cables making sure they are in the correct place. Make sure the scart cable is pushed in tight.
Its always best to first do a "factory reset" before scanning again.
Try that.

also check that you are scanning with the correct symbol rate m8 .
