e4 and other channels not working

just turn my eurovox ex5000pvr on and e4 and some other channels are saying scrambled channel is there anyway to fix's this. tried to update the channel manual, that did work

try a deep scan m8s sometimes they change transponders this should fix it

hiya guys im in notts and mine went down too, just did a custom scan and got them back plus a couple of new channels really and viewers wives

yes guys deep scan takes longer but worth it can you tell us how you get on so as to help others in same situation

Had the same problem just rescanning channels to see if it fixes issue .

I dont want to loose my favs by doing a deep scan...has anyone got the frequency that they channels are on (GLASGOW)

Try a quick scan. Worked for me and didn't lose favourites. Just had to edit back in the lost channels.

A few of mine have started pixelating big style, i'm gonna give it while tomorrow and if nowt changes i'll re-scan I reckon.

in the Teesside area all those channels have moved to the frequemcy that the BICS channels are on I didn't have to scan for them they were just there, so check these out first (anyone in Teesside it is frequency 283.000)
