Eurovox EX 7000 HD

A few questions if I may. I currently have a EX5000 pvr.

1) I keep hearing about Nagra3 encryption. Is there any known indication on whether this is forthcoming? Timescale? I understand it will shaft all boxes whether they be 5000, 7000 or whatever.

2) HD content. Other than BBC HD, what is on virgin? And can the 7000 HD box utilise the feed (ie play the stuff)?

3) What's the pvr software like on the 7000? The 5000 is cr@p frankly. i much prefer to record to a panasonic hdd than to the 5000 hdd.

ok guys ive got two of these boxes and i think theyre wicked but there is only one true HD channel on vermin and thats BBC HD, now what this box does do and very well in my opinion is it upscales all the other channels to 1080i which looks a million times better than the old eurovox sd boxes and kryptviews which ive had, i also have a v+ HD box too and it looks awesome on my samsung LED tv and the eurovox 7000 is very nearly as good as it but you really need to buy an external hdd for recording usb sticks just arent big enough to have any decent length of series of programmes recorded on them, i have a western digital passport 320gb external hdd it just takes the power from the box so no plugs and is very nice and small and fits quite nicely at the back of the ps3 and panasonic bd35 bluray player so its really good. the pvr and epg arent very good yet but hopefully the next firmware update will sort that out. in my opinion its worth the money thats why i have one downstairs and in bedroom if you want to know were to buy one from pm me and send you link

oh heres an afterthought epg is just tommy tank but hey its free hdtv well nearly its free BBC HD AND UPSCALED TO 1080i tv , if you need help pm me guys
