Not worked =/

Non of the buttons are responding. When I press EPG it just makes the image smaller, then large again. When I press the menu button it just brings up a blue screen.

Also non of my channels are in order :S

Fixed the button problem, by unplugging the box.

But still no premium channels.

Although how do I go about sorting the channels?

At the minute they're just in alphabetical order.
