        I wouldnt fully agree.

With linux boxes , and probably other boxes, if they were shipped with no EMU turned on and the option to only scan FTA( which you get on dream itgate etc anyway ), then surly the onus is on the end-user to break the law and turn this emu on and scan for non fta channels
        boom!

Not a good idea especially as they have already had a visit of sorts.

Good thing for buyers who want all premium channels open + it saves us the haslte of flashing the box ourselves..

not so good thing for bubble supplies if they get raided

there's not really any hassle to flashing a box it take 10 mins. it would be quicker if peeps did a bit of research before they buy a box and check what cable//usb requirements are needed and order at the same time as their box, also you are going to need to be able to flash at the next firmware change so if you learn to do it from the start you'll have no probs next time.

sure there's a first time for everything m8, you seem to be asking lots of questions and are getting the relevant info needed to flash your box so when your cables come you'll sail through it no doubt about that, you seem very keen on learning even more so i reckon you'll be back to learn and help some other newbies out too. well hope so anyway
