audio commentry on ex5000pvr

Hi, how do I stop the audio commentry that I get with some programs. I have a EUROVOX EX 5000 PVR .

Its some woman giving a description of what you can see in programs like The Professionals.

Is there some way to turn that commentry off?

I can only presume its for short sighted or blind people.

press the language button on the remote and select the other english option

Do I do that through MENU - PREFERENCES - LANGUAGE SETTINGS ???????????

If yes, then it just gives me Menu laguage, 1st audio language, 2nd audio language and subtitle language.

If I am looking in the wrong place can you tell me where I find it. if I am in the right place I dont see any options to turn it off.

no its a button on your remote (on the max v it is a red button with lang next to it)
