eurovox ex7000 favourites backup

hi,i have finally sorted out the favourites and channels on my eurovox ex7000.is there anyway of making a backup of these channels as i have an external hard drive.also how much space does this take,my hard drive is 160gb,can i save the backup on a pen usb or do i need to use the hard drive.thanks in advance

To Copy your Favs

To Copy your Favs is easy peasy just use the downloader software for your box to upload your cdf file to your pc/laptop and thats it done. you can also rename it if you want aswell
