    no channels after flashing-eurovax 1000 SL

    I got the Eurovax 1000 SL today and flashed it by using the downloads and did the powerscan but could not able to see a single channel.My System Information looks as follow
    MODEL : DVB-XC Boxs TDA
    S/W ver : 1.0 ST4 Feb 24 2009.
    H/W ver : 2.0ts
    Bootstrap:v001
    S/W Build :Kuro.

    Please some one can help me !!!!

    did you scan on correct symbol rate for your area?

      I used the 6.887 symbolrate for UK Virgin.Pls let me know if Iam doing wrong.

        Try using symbol rate 6952, give that a try.

          I tried with 6952 no use.How do I know whether the box is getting the cable signal or not

            take out any splitters that you have these tend to be a common fault especially if cheapo ones and scan from direct main feed, it needs to find some transponders. you maybe aswell to post the nearest big town to where you live so that someone can tell you which symbol rate you need for sure

              I live in Reading.When I attached the box given by Virgin it is working fine.There are no splitters that I have attached.It is a wire directly running from the box.

                eurovox need perfect signal i know you flashed your box did you do a factory reset and use this film ware Digital Kaos - Downloads - UFL_EX1000SL_24-02-09_nosort_DarX try flashing again try to setup in a m8s house good luck
