hi my mate has just bought the eurovox5100 pvr and i have downloaded the new firmware and the channels are still saying scrambled please can anyone help.

have you put right code in then scaned

yeah think so she never got any instructions with the box

go into you menu and then check yer system info.Firmware should be 16/1/09.If thats ok exit out and go to s*y sports 1 and let it update.Failing that do a fresh scan making sure your using the right symbol rate for your area 6952 or 6887
