    Confused. again

First question. What is the difference between N*L, and pure N*L?
Secondly, This question is about keys. I have been scouring the web to try and find a fix for my box. I have downloaded the Bigmaq tool bar which gives you all the up to date keys.
None of the keys given on Bigmaq past and present, match the keys that was downloaded in Feb, as part of the updated firmware. Can anyone shed any light on this?

      Hi Chic
Flashed the box on many occasions, no joy at all.
The toolbar on bigmaq says that N*L had a key change on the
7/5/2009. I got back from holiday on the 9thof may. The box was working when I went away, but not when I came back, and hasn't worked since.

          In Runcorn.
It could be that the box has developed a fault. I just don't know.

I think that I have found out why I was having all this trouble.
I was taking out the feed wire to re flash again, when i got hold of the RF input holding the metal and touching the box at the same time, I could feel that there was a small electrical charge going through my fingers. Only a very low voltage, but probably enough to fry the box.
So new Kryptview Evolution A750 on order.

That is just a bad connection it should not fry the box
have you tried scanning on 6952 and 6887 does it find any channels what version box is it and you are putting the feed into the right socket

I know that my area is 6.952. So that is not the problem.
The box is a Eurovox 5000 pvr. Feed was in the right socket, done it that many times, I can do it blindfold.
When I did scan it for the last time it pulled in 56TPs. When it went to scanning for channels the TP count dropped to 33.
After a full power scan I had 25 channels. All the channels that I did get were listed as TVCH1 TVCH2 ETC. But none gave me a picture.
The RF connector was fitted by virg*n and was crimped on,
so I can't see a problem there. I have had nothing but trouble from this box. So glad to see the back of it.

If youve had enough with the box, send it this way

It doesnt sound like a box problem but more a signal problem given what you are saying.
