Hi All,
New here, but have used the search function best I can and read the relevant threads, can't seem to find anything that matches my problem - apologies in advance if this is a repeat problem!
My ex5000 works fine, have all my channels etc. Now occassionaly if using the remote channel changing buttons or even if I go to my favourites to scan through the channels, sometimes I hear a thud sound (I can only describe it as tapping a live microphone quite hard with your finger!) and the sound goes down really low, it doesn't completely go, just turns itself down. It then go's back to it's original volume level maybe 5 or 10 maybe more minutes later. Now this happens quite frequently when flicking through the channels and it's really annoying me! I've checked scarts connected, powered off for 5 mins, restarted it, double checked connections but it still persists.
Do any of you kind knowledgable Eurovox people have any advice, help or explanation? Thanks in advance for any help
