Eurovox remote control problem

Hi All,

I've recently experienced some issues with my remote control for the Eurovox max V. It started about a week ago with the remote working intermittently before freezing completely. I managed to acquire a new remote but the problem still persists. I am able to change channels on the front of the box so could this be a problem with the remote sensor in the Eurovox itself?
Has anyone else encountered this problem and can anybody help?

I did with a different box....euro silver

Try reflashing ya box again....it resets it so that mite help
