can't get sky sports 1 n 3

hi hope some one can help would be very grateful,
i can't get sky sports 1 and 3, (freq 731.000) it come up with bad or no signal, i try manual scan by high lighting freq, still nothing but not to sure if i did it right,
it works at my mate and he's only 5 mins away, thats where he flash'd and install the channels.

can this be fixed or will i need a booster?
please help

M8 you have already asked this in another thread... but as said turn built in booster on first as it deffo a signal prob.

you may need to do a full rescan if not you will need a boster which you can get from my cable box but first check with them as you may be put to much signal in and have to get a reducer
