Ok,
I used to own a eurovox max v, however since moving out of a cabled area I now have a dreambox / satellite setup,
I gave my friend the eurovox and he just poped round to have it flashed as it went down and for sometime he has been putting codes in manually.
I have flashed them many times however its been a few months since I have flashed one and im confused,
I Re-Flashed it with the latest firmware with autosort downloaded from here. (I flashed it 4 times in total testing 2 different cables and also in boot mode) but when I checked the box the channels were still there? are they supposed to still be there? I thought they were deleted upon reflash?
Plus the firmware version stayed the same? kuro1 I cant remember the rest of the details as I have just sent him home to check it as I cant check it here.
Im just assuming at the moment as all flashes said they were sucessful, that im having a blonde moment and the channels should still be there and that the s/w version has just not been updated in the new firmware.
Any confirmation or insight into this confusing situation would be much appreciated.
