sky sports 1 and 3

can any one help me get s*y sports 1 and 3 had them before but have been gone since december thanks

i think virgin changed the transponder to a weaker one that had five and more 4 among its channels,i had to take my splitter out to get a decent reception on these try another scan and if no joy take out the splitter if you have one or get a booster to boost your signal strength
