No channels on Eurovox EX1000sl

Hi everybody I have a similar problem to other people regarding loss of Setanta Sports etc,I have carried out a deep and quick scan to rectify the problem but now I do not have any tv or radio channels at all.
Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

Have you scanned on the correct symbol rate?
They are 6.887 or 6.952

hi just recieved my eurovox 2day done all the scans and nothing does any1 suggest anything im clueless do i need to download anything from the computer to the box or anything

just rescanned my 5000pvr and all channels back up theres been a TP change
try reflashing if deep scans not working
