Is your feed live you are putting the feed into the right socket
has the box ever been working at yours and have you tried scanning on both 6952 and 6887.

          scaning

Yes I have scanned it on all three as the eurovox 5100 has 3 setting. I also have the main feed in the RF Socket. There is a spliter box to the pc but I dont think there is aproblem with that as V put it in and also my V box still works. As to your question the box has never worked

              scanning

the spiltter box suppied by V is a booster its the litter small one that doubles or treble the speed. Firmware I downloaded it again last night and as far as I know it is the latest, I think it was Feb 2009. I'm with V****n and as far as I know the symbal rating for the Manchester area is 6.887. Thanks
