channel sorting for eurovox 700 hd any ideas

i am trying to work out this channel sorting i did it once but it keeps adding on channels and changing the channels in the groups?????

Check through the menus to see if there is a facility to switch off autosort

Hi have the same problem mt8, I sorted all the channels out and I deleted a few channels, the next thing my channels were all over the place.
Hope we can get to the bottom of this problem.
