    urgent help needed

    my eurvox max v went down yesterday, box saying no signal on the screen. Whilst this was happening I re-scanned my box and so it deleted all channels, now when I try to scan again I get a box stating No transponder to scan.
    Apparently we had a cable fault in our area as alot of friends had their boxes off, however, they all have their boxes back on and working.
    Can anyone tell me what has happened and what, if anything I can do to get my channels back on and working.

      Do you pay any subs to your provider? is there any chance youve been disconnected at the street cab

        thanks, yes I have just done a deep scan and I just get the same thing....

            VM have been upgrading. So if you are not paying for a service then they will have disconnected your cable.

              Virgin media are cutting ppl off who dont have a package with them........they are in liverpool as we speak...

              Try putting your feed into the ariel socket on ya tv and do a scan if u get channels ya feed is ok if ya dont its dead.......
