eurovox max not finding channels

hey there.. i have had a eurovox max for about 9 months working fine in my house in leeds, i have moved to nottingham now. ( my box worked fine this morning in leeds, now doesnt work in notts) i have since erased all channels, put the new symbol rate in and then done a power scan but no channels are found.
is there anyuthing else i need to change in the settings.
also when i try an auto scan it says no transponder can be found.
any help or recomendationjs would be appreciated.

The "feed" is the live cable tv signal coming into your house.

If you have the loader on your screen then switch off your box and hit the download button and switch on when it asks for the box

eurovox 1100 usb

hi there i have a eurovox 1100 usb and when i tried using it in bradofrd just pluged it in and no scan it worked and now that i got it at home in woking surrey it didnt work i did all the scans and it still didnt work just dnt pick anything up no chanels can u please help

Hi m8,
Have you put the cable feed into the RF IN on back of box?
Also when you scan use the 6887 SY.

need to change your symbol rate to 6.887 for woking.
